Roofing projects are categorized into retail and insurance-funded work. For retail projects, a 25% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due within 48 hours after the county issues the certificate of completion.
For insurance-funded projects, the homeowner’s deductible is due once the insurance scope of work is received and the claim is approved. The first insurance payment, typically covering 50% of the total job cost, is collected on the day work begins. The final payment is usually issued 30 to 90 days after completion, and we kindly request that this payment be made promptly once the homeowner receives it.
