No Obligation Estimates

Reliable, Free Roof Inspections You Can Count On

At Trinity Restoration & Roofing, we believe in providing clear, unbiased information to help you make the best decisions for your home. Our experienced Project Managers offer free roof inspections, delivering a detailed report with photos and an estimate—without any pressure or obligation. Our goal is to give you the insights needed for an informed decision. If you’re experiencing any of the following issues, it’s time to schedule your free roof inspection:

  • Missing or Damaged Shingles: Cracked, curled, or missing shingles are signs your roof may need attention.
  • Roof Age: Asphalt shingles typically last 12-20 years. If your roof is reaching or surpassing this age, it might be time for a replacement.
  • Leaks or Water Damage: Stains on ceilings or walls can indicate a leak, which could result in more significant roof issues.
  • Granule Loss: Excessive granules in your gutters suggest your shingles are wearing out and losing their effectiveness.
  • Sagging Roof: A sagging or uneven roof is a red flag for structural issues that require immediate attention.
  • Higher Energy Bills: Rising energy costs may be caused by poor insulation or ventilation, often linked to roofing problems.
  • Mold or Moss Growth: The presence of mold, moss, or algae can indicate trapped moisture and potential roof damage.
  • Frequent Repairs: Constantly repairing small roof issues can add up; replacing the roof may be more cost-effective in the long run.
  • Visible Damage: Cracking, blistering, or rotting shingles are signs your roof’s integrity is compromised.
